4  One of the long term goals of this block of instruction is to instill a sense of priority on lifelong learning.  Completion of this training will not only produce a passing grade for attendees, it will also bolster their confidence and self-efficacy.  Completion of the 5 steps to conversation will qualify the business partners to learn the second of the marketing systems.
