One of the long term goals of this block of instruction is to instill a sense of priority on lifelong learning. Completion of this training will not only produce a passing grade for attendees, it will also bolster their confidence and self-efficacy. Upon completing the business etiquette training, the employees will pass the end of course exam with a minimum passing score of 95%.
