4. North West Edinburgh Site Options  Single development  Split development with some services located in Granton Waterfront and some in Pennywell shopping area  Campus development making best use of available infrastructure

5. Next Steps  Public sector partners confirm service requirements and associated accommodation  Secure Edinburgh Council and NHS Lothian support for service reprovision proposal  Identify possible funding routes and associated timescales  Appraise affordable options for delivery

6. North West Edinburgh  Buildings don’t significantly improve the wellbeing of people  Choices people make about their lives are much more important  CEC and NHS are committed to supporting the local population to build on community strengths and assets
