4. Our Classroom Rules for Safety and Success! 1. Be respectful to teacher and to one another 2. Do not talk when the teacher is talking or when others are talking or presenting/performing. 3. Absolutely NO BULLYING or unkind remarks; this includes “jokes” 4. Respect the classroom and everything in it – DO NOT LEAN BACK IN CHAIRS 5. Have a positive attitude! Leave your “baggage” at the door 6. Students will be on time, in their seat, and ready to go when the bell rings. 7. Come to class regularly and do not be tardy. 8. Be prepared – journal kept in room, bring a pencil and any other materials necessary (example: script) 9. Use the restroom between classes or during lunch. Please do not ask unless it is an emergency. 10. No food or drink, which includes gum and candy. Water with a lid is encouraged 11. All electronic devices should remain out of sight and silent unless they are being used under teacher supervision. No one should see it or hear it! 12. Stay on task! 13. Students will also obey all district and school rules.
