Create environments where knowledge is shared  Reconfigured our annual TC meeting to a Technical Seminar (around a cross-cutting theme issue with expert presentations) and co-hosted with a University.  Also support from CEDR, UKRLG and CIHT.  Benefits – UK TC reps have links to other organisations while still providing an update on work on their TC area.  Use of brine for winter service treatment

Create environments where knowledge is shared  The development of our WRA UK Dinner Debate – this has been linked to the annual meeting of the Chief Executives of the UK Highway Administrations and the theme for the 2014 debate topic will be the same as the Council debate topic in Santiago, Chile.  Benefits - this means we are share the international lessons from the Council meeting within the UK
