2. Objective To obtain an administrative position in the Henry County Public School System. To represent myself as the leader of an Educational Institute that makes every possible effort to increase test scores and encourage students to learn and be successful.

3. Vision Statement I am a firm believer that we should strive to reach our greatest potential as lifelong learners and productive citizens. We must create and provide a safe learning environment which is welcoming to all students. We must seek innovative strategies to meet each and every individual student need.
