RNY Program Description  RNY is Governor Cuomo’s new statewide economic development electric power program  910 Megawatts (MW)  50% NYPA hydropower  50% market power procured by NYPA  At least 350 MW for applicants in upstate utilities territories  At least 200 MW for attraction and expansion purposes  Up to 100 MW for small businesses and not-for-profit corporations  Competitive application process  Long-term contracts of up to seven years 4
