He was one of earliest creators of science fiction and famous for his tales of horror and considered the inventor of the modern detective story, short story and modernist poetry

He was a fair but very severe critic.He did not care if an author was famous or not. Later on I think everybody should read her essays and plays to order to reflexion about how was his style of write and think. The protagonist was a man kind and gentle. He lived with his wife and his animals. He had a black cat called Pluto. The protagonist became a victim of alcohol, and he became moody, maltreating animals except to cat. Until a night when became home intoxicated, and cut eye to Pluto because thought that was avoiding the next morning he hanged him from a tree. In the night her house fired he lost all wealth. The day after he went to visit the ruins of her house and only one wall remained with a figure of a gigantic cat. The black Cat(1843)

The Tell-Tale Heart A man who is crazy, want to kill an old man just to have one eye blue veiled and that scares him. So during all a week he men investigated old man. Afterwards of a week, he men entry in her room and killed old man.In the same night, he jointed cut his body. The police became house and did not find evidences, then killer said that he did. (1843)

Poems The Raven (1845) Is his poems most famous. The poem talk about mysterious visit of a Raven to house of lover sad that have been identified how a student he cries the lost of his love Leonore. The Raven help lover with her suffering, repeating constantly nevermore.
