5. Key Points - Nominations  Political party endorsements  Listing of endorsed candidates by ED  To be filed before 1 p.m. (Pacific time) on Day 10 at the CEO office  Must be signed by two registered officers of the political party*

Common Nominations Problems  Solemn declarations not completed  usual name, independent, declaration of qualification  Alternative service address not provided when requesting residential address obscuring  Service contact information missing  Consent to nomination signature missing  Mailing address used rather than residential address (PO Box not acceptable)  Not enough signatures collected  Signatures include voters not in electoral district
