4. Introduction Food in Spain varies depending on the region that you find yourself in. In this presentation we are going to be talking about the food that you can find in Valencia, in Cataluña and in Andalucía. Also we will talk about the 'tapas'.

Food in Valencia - A tipical dish of Valencia is the Paella -For seconds a popular dish is the Fideuà; the ingredients are fresh fish, shellfish, nudels and other ingredients. -One of our favourite Valencian desserts are the Almendrados. They consist in a hard biscuit base with half an almond on top. They can be served with ice cream, which is nicer for a younger taste.

Food in Cataluña -The starter that we have chosen to represent Cataluña are Catalan peas, whose ingredients are green peas, little pieces of bacon, hierbs, tomato pura and black butifarra sausage. -If you visit Cataluña, we advice you to try sepia with meatballs, which ingredients of this dish are sepia, meatballs, eggs, tomato, hierbs, oil, onions, etc. -The dessert that we have found aceptable to represent Catalan's gastronomy is the Crema catalana (Catalan cream), that is a dish tradicionally origanated in Cataluña
