4. Subject Knowledge Enhancement – 2013/14  Following a review of SKE and subsequent consultation, NCTL announced changes to the way SKE would be delivered during 2013/14. The key changes were: –Permitted length of SKE courses –Funding mechanism/allocations –Time period for SKE courses to take place –Source of SKE provision
