Welcome It’s my privilege to welcome you and your child to our class. I’m looking forward to teaching 4 th grade. I’ve taught 3 4/5 splits, 5 years at 5 th grade, and this is my 6 th year at 4 th grade. I also have 3 years experience working in special education at the high school and elementary levels. Incentives Co-op card is an incentive where the students earn stamps for homework being done on time and good behavior. Once the co-op card is filled students may trade the card in for a reward, which includes, but is not limited to: Lunch with teacher, Prize box, Legos at recess, computer time, sit by a friend, use teacher’s chair….
