Baku, Feb 05, 2004TELESOL annual review14 Naturally, the first step faces some difficulties in teleconsultations organization :there are some technical barriers for clinical departments in sending referrals directly, using LAN; language obstacles, insufficient training of doctors in computer skills, etc. But we should mark that first experience with telemedicine consultations is unique for medical community of Uzbekistan and plays important role for telemedicine promotion in the remote regions of the country.
