2. Introduction ‘Channel 4’ is a large Media institution. When ‘Channel 4’ was first Premiered, it was for the Minority of Viewers, for example, Teenagers. But now, it has many different types of audiences, on all of their 7 new Channels. These channels all consist of different Mediums, like Music and Films. ‘Channel 4’ is now for the Majority of Viewers as ‘Channel 4’ has changed to keep up with All Audiences.

3. Type of Media ‘Channel 4’ is mostly based on Television but they have branched out to use Radio, Pin-Protected- Films, On Demand Shows, and Music Channels. This is because ‘Channel 4’ is so popular that they need to increase their number of channels, to keep up with the Viewer's needs.

4. Size of the Institution Channel 4 is a large corporation. They have over 1000 People working for just the Original ‘Channel 4’! This amount of workers reflects the large amount of Shows, Channels and Radio shows. For example, on Channel 4, they air around 48 shows everyday! With the amount of shows, and channels, this ensures that there is always something to watch.

5. Work relationship Employees working at ‘Channel 4’ can have flexible working hours. They can choose from compressed working hours, earlier or later start/finish times, part-time jobs and job sharing. This makes sure that everyone that works at ‘Channel 4’ is HAPPPPYYY!

6. Media Products Produced ‘Channel 4’ doesn’t produce their own TV shows. They are brought from independent Film producers who are paid for the shows to be Aired. ‘Channel 4’ use shows such as.. ‘The Simpsons Scrubs, Friends, Hollyoaks,

7. Channel 4’s Audience ‘Channel 4’s’ audience is mostly for teenagers, and the minority of viewers.
