20. ‘08 Year-end Update Definition of date for early aggregation processing is changed – For attendance checking No longer the last day of school Calculated value – Last day of school + 4 days – HQPD requirement checks now uses early flag – No changes in methodology for the dates used in course or testing records June 15 th 20

21. ‘08 Year-end Update Aggregations were modified to check program codes as they apply to the reporting period. Only the program codes required for the current reporting period will be included in the agg validation process. This will limit the errors to only relevant programs codes. 21
