Other regional staff development Partner workshops and events: Connect - focuses on the development of ILT strategies. One day interactive session followed up by distance coaching and half day mentoring. Realise : focuses on helping work based learning providers manage change. One-day leadership programme with ongoing support for up to three months. E-Guides : Three days of hands on, workshop - style training.Developing an action plan for cascade training E-CPD Programme : New Programme commissioned by the Learning and Skills Improvement Service. Funding Opportunities ALP’s Learning Innovation Grant (LIG) programme Projects which encourage innovative developments to improve the use and take up of ICT and e-learning. Rounds 1 and 2 and 3 = £6 million. Round 4 = 58 LIG Phase 4 projects totalling £3.9 million LSC Capital Grants Up to £22,500 per provider.
