2.  The MAPCY will be the universal assessment tool for all programs under Northstar Care for Children (family foster care, kinship assistance, adoption assistance).  MAPCY rolled out in SSIS Version 13.4 in preparation for the field test. 11.  In the Parenting Care and Attention section of each domain, at least one indicator must be selected. When no indicators apply, the worker must select “none of the above indicators apply to the caregiver’s parental care and attention.” If this is not done, a “reminder” message will display when the worker clicks the “complete” checkbox. 15.  Please Note: Selection of one child/youth need is required in each domain. In Domain D, an emotional/behavioral need, a physical health need, and a developmental need must each be selected.
