13 Enabling organisations to be their best More information about the Programme This is a 9 -12 month programme which typically includes: – Induction and 6 workshops – Approximately 1 hr tutorial per qualification unit – Average of 2 hrs per week self study Eligibility for funding - No degrees or equivalent Programme cost - £2,760 Your / your employer’s contribution to this - £500 Completion of ILR and ILM applications Programme commences in April 2012
