Physics Reflected in the program of the overview week: TCn / Physics workshop (2 - 3 Oct.) Workshop on Data challenge and Computing Model (3. Oct.) Physics spread throughout the workshop

Important Issues: Please register as soon as possible (via web interface) (Planning from our side + money reasons) (i) Conference fees will increase from 200 to 220 Euros on 15. July Payment via bank transfer preferred; Payment at the conf. desk will be possible. (ii) To get an appropriate hotel (center of the town, cheap hotel,….) Cheap hotel must be booked until 1.July (details → web side) (iii) Please decide already NOW if you wish to take bus transportation from CERN to Freiburg and/or back.

More important Issues: Sub-detector systems and physics groups who wish to hold pre-meeting in Freiburg (on 30. Sep. or 1. Oct.) should let us know as soon as possible what resources are needed. So far we know of: Tile-Cal In case you plan add. meetings, please send email to Gregor Herten or me ! (give approx. number of participants, time-slots, what computer infrastructure is needed,…) Please let us also know if you plan to hold small parallel meetings or discussion sessions during the Overview Week.
