7. Options for National Participation Option 1 – Management Centre The Management Center is available online, as part of the BCH Central Portal. It contains a series of entry forms that corresponds to each common formats. It provides an easy and efficient way to submit information to the BCH in the proper format. 13. Solutions for a National BCH In order to help Parties wishing to establish their National BCH, the Secretariat has developed two different solutions Hermes The BCH Ajax Plug-In Both solutions provide out-of-the-box interoperability with the BCH Central Portal

14. Hermes Hermes is a complete out-of-the-box Content Management System (CMS) solution, which provides both the space and the building blocks for the development of a National BCH Hermes instances are hosted on the Secretariat’s servers Hermes is maintained and fully supported by the Secretariat

Hermes provides Online Content Management System (CMS) Interoperability with the BCH Multilanguage translation Content versioning (with change tracking) Advanced search functionalities Security (SSL authentication) 99.999% uptime through redundancy Real-time monitoring On-site and off-site backups
