Essential Components Screen all students Identify Students below benchmark Communicate data Provide targeted interventions Monitor student progress during targeted interventions Provide additional support for students not responding to targeted interventions Analyze program impact and modify where necessary

Spring Screening March 9 – June 7, 2015 Readiness screening only for students who received winter tier 2 interventions. May 11 – June 7, 2015 Screen-up all students to measure the impact of Tier 1 instruction and identify students who may benefit from summer, or more intensive fall interventions.

2015-16 Leadership Support Administrators and implementation leaders August - Provide program updates and support your planning to implement math RtI using Delta Math resources October/February – Explore data trends, reflect on past experience and plan forward
