4. Pupils Shawlands academy has 1250 pupils. There are over 52 languages spoken. Our uniform is a black skirt or trousers and a white shirt and our school tie also a black jumper.

7. Fuel Zone!!! At our school we buy our lunch from the fuel zone. There is lots of choice at the fuel zone like: Sandwiches, Panini's and baguettes Curry Burgers Or the main meal which changes every day. You also get a choice of side orders with your meal. You can have water or milk, soup and bread, some fruit, a yogurt and some salad.

8. Social Area!!! The social area is where we go at break. There is a tuck shop and lots of seats.
