IN SUMMARY A PLC is a group of professionals working collaboratively to discuss and practice effective professional strategies in order to increase student performance. You can be part of the district LMS PLC and/or part of PLCs in your school building. You can introduce your staff to Edmodo as a tool that can enhance the efforts of PLCs. You can be the “vision leading change in your schools – not the blind!” Doug Johnson
