5 Attend the convening Provide a point person for this work Recruit a cohort of nonprofit service providers as participants Hold a program kickoff/training with participants. Provide training and ongoing support to participants. Set a goal that half of voter contacts are new or updated voter registrations STATE PARTNER ACTIVITIES

6 Participate in a national check-in call every six weeks starting in May 2014 Collect and enter all data from participants for follow up and evaluation purposes Facilitate GOTV activities including at least one follow up contact Promote voter engagement broadly Participate in and promote NVRD Participate in a debrief by phone in December 2014 STATE PARTNER ACTIVITIES

9 June 2014 –Collect signed MOUs from participants –Return completed one-page State Partner Questionnaire by June 1st, 2014 June – July: Kick off and training events August – October: Voter registration and pledge to vote campaigns October – November: Voter education and GOTV TIMELINE PART 2

10 November 2nd: Election Day! December 2014: Phone debrief call April 2015 – Evaluation results back May 1st 2015 – Evaluation results released TIMELINE PART 3
