4. Publication Numbers Most all publications are required by the State of Tennessee to display a publication number and EEO statement. Details about how to request a publication number are available at www.utc.edu/university-relations/graphic-guidelines/publication-numbers.php

5. Printing and Mailing It’s university policy that all printing must be handled through Graphic and Mail Services. Invoices can be rejected for payment by the University. Jobs can be submitted online at utc.ricohtrac.com. They also offer mailing and labeling services.
