4 3 Step 1 Secure modem on top of router

5 4 Plug in power cord to router Plug in power cord to modem Step 2

6 5 Connect telephone line from modem to wall jack Connect console cable to the blue-edged console port in router Step 3

7 6 Connect the fiber cable (from the wall jack) to corresponding POS Interface port Connect serial connector of console cable to brown converter, and connect converter to modem Step 4

8 7 For connection, plug Ethernet cable into GE 0/1 port on back of router. Other end of Ethernet cable can be plugged into server, computer, private network, etc. Step 5
