List Bill is a billing service that enables an employer to payroll deduct premium for individual medical policies purchased by employees One simple bill itemizing all employee premiums is sent monthly to the employer Employer sends one check to Assurant Health, covering all employee premiums

What to Expect from List Bill When one of your employees is approved for coverage, you receive a letter that includes — Employee’s name — Effective date of coverage — Premium amount
