Barriers & Opportunities Initially, Statewide Networks were not accepted as objectives. Planning Committee Structure. Local Grantees and Communities not included in the beginning. Include African American Statewide Network in the plan. Pursue greater support from local grantees and communities. Solidify partnerships within Ohio.

Maintaining the work…. Recruit Team Chairpersons for stability. Encourage Leadership. Competing Commitments. Participating agencies need resources and infrastructure to participate. On-going recruitment required.
