3. + Goal One: Align Modules to Problems of Leadership Practice Survey leadership preparation programs concerning the content areas or courses for which the modules would be developed (SLPPS and Social Justice Center surveys) Discuss results from the SLPPS Program Feature Survey and the Survey of Social Justice Content Six Institutions Select Curricular Area Develop a needs assessment designed to understand the challenges facing practicing leaders in each curricular area Analyze results to determine the areas of focus for modular content and experiences Developing the 6 Modules and Powerful Learning Experiences
