1 1 Mobileye: driving assistance on a chip ●Founded: 1999 ●185 employees located in Har-Hotzvim, Jerusalem. ●Develops computer vision algorithms and system-on-chip technology for driving assistance systems for the automotive industry. ●Products have been launched by BMW 5-series, GM Buick and Cadillac, Volvo S80, XC70. Future launches in the next 3 years cover 70% of car manufacturers. ●Financial history: seed of $1M (private investors), further rounds totaling $55M until 2004 (private and institutional investors). In 10/2007 Goldman Sachs closed an investment of $130M (at pre- money valuation of $500M). 1
