Lesson Planning the criteria of successful lesson plan?
well-prepared lesson plans which motivate students to learn Be sure you know your subject matter. Why? incorrect information is worse than no information

Classroom organization
Why organizing classroom? the organization of supplies and equipment (teaching/learning media) is an important ingredient of a well prepared lesson How? by giving the students the responsibility; one benefit: more time for the teacher to tend to other duties

Establishing routine Why establishing routine?
Students will give back to you what you expect of them if they understand what to expect How to establish routine? discussing a few simple rules in the beginning of the semester consistently enforcing them throughout the year is a must

Simple Rules: e.g. Respect for Teacher (or of any adult), Respect for Peers, Respect for Supplies and Equipment (mine or yours), and Respect for Self Maintaining routine daily feel more comfortable Take a silent roll Learn students' names as quickly as possible more interested in what you have to say and are more apt to demonstrate appropriate behavior.

Discipline technique The layout and arrangement of the classroom
allow easy movement of teacher & students Develop "eyes in the back of the head" Do not begin the lesson until every student pays attention effective instruction/task/activity

Know the students' attention span: Young learner’s? Involve the students in the lesson. How? questioning, and/or interactive dialogue

Conclusion Teacher’s goal in managing and organizing his/her classroom? maintaining conditions in the classroom that foster learning Classroom management and organization are skills teamed through consistent efforts Familiarity with (knowing) successful methods of classroom organization and management can be helpful.
