Autosomal dominant Embryologic: between 6 th and 7 th week of embryologic development, bilateral and symmetrical abnormalities.

Orofacial Clinical Features Cheek bones depressed, eyelashes may be deficient medially from lower lid, slanted eyes, incorrectly positioned teeth, atypical hair growth, gingival disease, open bite, ear tags cleft palate found in 1/3 of cases Age/race/sex predilections and Systemic Clinical Features: Present from birth Males & Females All races Systemic Clinical Features: colon polyps, adenocarcinoma, hearing loss, chronic respiratory insufficiency, sleep apnea, speech difficulties, vision problems, possible learning disabilities.
