2. The main characters are Morning Girl and Star Boy they are siblings that cannot stand each other. Their parents want them to stop fighting. One day they find out that they are going to have a baby sister, when the baby sister never arrives that connect with the sadness of this tragedy. Later on in the story a huge story comes and they lose almost everything and Star Boys shell collection is lost but then Morning Girl sees a beautiful shell on the beach and starts a new collection for him this proves that they have really bonded over the last experience in the end an English ship comes and they meet morning Girl and her family.

3.  Morning Girl-The story starts in her opinion but throughout the story it changes between hers and her brother  Star Boy-Does not like Morning Girl at all they are complete opposites and hey wish that they were not even related they are always told that they should get along but they never do  Mother- Star Boy & Morning Girl’s mom  Farther- Star Boy 7 Morning Girl’s dad

4.  Sharp Tooth- Their Mothers brother, the mother believes that one day Star Boy and Morning Girl will get along because she used to not like her brother but now she does  Red Feather- Star Boy’s best friend says some bad things about Star Boy like how he is always eating

5.  Star Boy got his name because he loves the night his name used to be hungry because he would always eat  Morning Girl got her name because she likes to got up before most people but then she will do little things to please her parents

6.  Difference-What is says- “I don’t know how my brother…usually that’s enough for me” her brother always ruins the things that she does- What it means- They hardly have anything in common (pg. 3)  Nature- What is Says- “Outside at least if I be quiet enough the birds will forget that I’m there and they will start to talk to each other again What it means- Morning Girl is very connected with nature and she wants to preserve it (pg. 5)  Decisions- What it says – “I decided… come home” What it means- Star Boy DECIDED that he would be the person that people come to for information about the night and he decided that he would learn everything that there was to know about the night time(pg. 12)  Acceptance- What it says- “I realized that in some ways we were the same” What it means- Morning Girl accepted the fact that she and Star Boy had something in common (pg. 20-21)

7. SceneNarraration (23-27) Star Boy is pretending to be a rock this means that he just wants nobody to notice him and he just wants to be alone (30-35) Morning Girl is curios about what she looks like so she asks her mother and her brother (29) He finds out the Morning Girl took credit for something that he did so he unfolds himself and tells the truth
