SPECIFIC Specific goals- Detail is vital. Know exactly what you are going for. “We’re going to connect with various community members to see where our fundraiser can make the most impact.”

SPECIFIC Identify whose face is really behind that pesky word “various.”

MEASURABLE How will you know if you have reached this goal? Specific with names, numbers, date, appointments.

Attainable Smart goals should be challenging, yet attainable. Goals are made to help us stretch, but they should not be completely out of our reach.

Phrase it right. The more positively you phrase a goal, the more likely you are to remain committed to achieving it. Don't say: "I should," instead say: "I will.“ ATTAINABLE GOAL ASSIGNMENT Attainable

TIMELY When will you achieve this goal? Daily Goals- Each day Weekly goals- Sunday night I go through the week. Short term- With in 6 months Mid range term- 1 year goals Long term goals- 3-5 year goals
