Actions from Last Technical Board WP laser and MPP: decide until March 2015 which compressor design will be chosen Patric: circulate final drawing of plasma cell support All: send numbers about costs and manpower by the end of Feb 2015 Janet: send current data to Gilles Lawrence, Jan, Friederike: proceed with studies on the vacuum window Lawrence, Bart, Silvia: exchange information about the position of the camera and the effect of the real optical line Rhodri, Edda, Matthew: finalize the addendum to the MoU. All: send requirements for signals/timing in the experiment until end of Feb (table has been circulated by Wolfgang Hoefle) Patric and Stefano: meet to talk about the camera timing Patric and Jan: define what can be done at GRANT with the clean tube after the fabrication at CERN Ans and RP: decide which shielding option for TSG41 should be realized BI, Marzia, Edda: sort out the BI equipment planning WP RF synchronization, spectrometer and BI: please comment on the planning schedule 2
