3. Glaciers start as snow falling on freezing land. The snow builds up in thick layers, especially in dips or valley, because it is too cold to melt. Snow in the bottom layers is squeezed so hard that it changes into solid ice. HOW GLACIERS FORM

4. The rocks stuck to the bottom of a glacier can make it act like a giant scouring pads. The gradually rub away the ground underneath the glacier, gouging out a U- shaped valley. GIANT SCOURING PADS

5. Large boulders may be dragged or called long distance by glacier melts, some pieces of rocks are left behind are called erratic's. When erratic’s are left behind they go down mountains and also erratic's are different from other rocks. MYSTERY ROCKS
