2. Scenario I am required to suggest a custom built Computer system with a budget of £1500. This computer must be fit for use with video editing for the marketing department of the company which will be creating and uploading videos hosted onto YouTube. The department will require a large amount of storage at 2TB and they will require a back up method so that the data is backed up daily. They require 2 monitors for the computer system build and the computer system must be capable of also testing games Also one member of the team will need to catered for as they are visually impaired. I should also recommend a video editing software that is not over complicated.

Conclusion In conclusion to choosing the £1500 computer for the user is because of the requirements the user needs such as the video editing so that computer will need a decent graphics card and plenty of RAM for rendering. The large hard drive and back up drive is so that the user will be able to store large quantities of video files as the video files generally consist of large files, backing them up is also very crucial so there is no file loss if something happened to the computer of the hard drive became corrupt the video editing files and much more will be backed up so you will never lose anything as it is highly unlikely that that both will become corrupt at the same time. I have also included some examples of cheap ways to meet the user with partial blindness such as the yellow and black keyboard sticker keys. Also the windows operating system has the functionality of ease of access for people with partial blindness or colour blindness. Another system build that I have also suggested will still be as useful as the first build but some of the parts may not last as long and perform and maximum performance for a long period of time so therefore in the long run this will cost more money to be able to replace parts. This computer build will cost 1007.27 rather than the original chosen build which totals to 1306.21.
