7. Instructions Use the following template to discuss the order that things appear in the book, The Napping House. This can be used on printed paper, where students write in and illustrate each person, animal or object as it is introduced in the story. This can also be used with a projector where it may be projected onto a dry erase board where students can come up and write in their responses, or if no dry erase board is available, students can use a paper copy while the teacher displays the powerpoint on the screen and walks students through it. Another way this can be used is with an Interactive White board. Display the powerpoint on the board, and have students annotate directly onto the powerpoint.
