Open the internet Go to google.com

To get Started Click on the sign in, in the top right corner

Setting up their Account They will put in their email address. It is the first letter of their first name and their whole last name no capitals. If they have an older sibling with the same first initial it may have a 1 or a 2 behind their name. The password for everyone is school01. To look up their email passwords Go to http://nas-pro:8080/students/email Have them remove this checkmark

They must click on the I accept.

Changing Password They will now set their password as the same one they use to log into the computer ( It’s a word and number with no space between them).

Logged in You can now see they are logged into their Google account

To open their drive step 1 They click on the dots which, stand for the applications that google Provides.

To open their drive step 2 Select the drive icon from the drop down

To type a paper Click on create From the drop down pick the application you want them to use. When they are done it saves automatically.

I usually have them name the document before they start, so when it saves it for them it has already been named.
