3. 2012 Tennis Season First practice begins January 16 First Competition February 6 O’Connor Tennis Center Home Base –Monday through Friday –1:45 – 4:30 –Pro Sessions – Coach Ben Bradshaw 3:00 – 4:30 Monday and Wednesday $7 per person per session Mandatory

4. Matches will be scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday each week @ O’Connor All players MUST purchase uniforms –2 sets of match uniforms –4 tee-shirts Cotton Dri-Fit –$100 - $120 estimated cost –All players MUST wear TENNIS SHOES! All players MUST purchase athletic insurance - $6

5. Estimated Costs Pro sessions - $7 per week Uniforms - $100 - $120 Tennis shoes – $65 - $120 Athletic insurance - $6

6. FALL EVALUATION October 24 – 28 Olean Black Tennis Center 2:45 – 4:30 Monday – Friday Cost of admission: –3 cans WILSON EXTRA DUTY TENNIS BALLS –Completed Physical Evaluation Form –Signed Interest Letter –Parents pick up on time.

7. Outcomes from Fall Evaluation Initial LAMP Tennis Ladder is established and published. By Novemberish, the Top 8 will be assigned to my Athletic Period. By January the Top 12 will be recognized as the LAMP Tennis Team for 2012.
