How are you doing Is your service is tailored around the individual’s support needs and outcomes rather than the individual ‘fitting into’ an existing service?

How do you know How do you organise the initial contractual arrangement with the client? Can you show that you prioritise the best interests of people using the service over commercial interests? Are your staff adequately trained and supervised and working in a way which promotes empowerment? How do you measure how well you are supporting people to meet their outcomes
