ADA Report Jan 24, 20062 Focus of 108 th Inspections ● Title II of ADA requires that public entities provide equal program access to members of the public with disabilities. – Barriers to equally safe and prompt emergency evacuation program for visitors with disabilities. – Evacuation program for visitors with disabilities more challenging than evacuation program for employees with disabilities. Not in compliance with 42 U.S.C. § 12132 and 28 C.F.R. § 35.149 - 150(a).
