4 Where is the “E” in PE? It is found in the Gym and in Blended Learning!! This 21 st century approach to physical education is a personalized experience for each student that promotes the habits of lifelong fitness and a healthy life style.

5 What is Blended Learning and how does it work in PE? Combines face-to-face learning with computer mediated learning. First thing you need to make a website or use a learning management system such as schoology or google classroom I decided to make a webpage back in 2002 for my IES and AP Environmental science students, parents and colleagues.

13 What does all of this mean? 5 heart zones and what is your body doing in each one? Module 2 5 heart zones and brain function and learning? Module 5 5 heart zones and the increase in number of Mitochondria not only in your muscles but in your brain. Module 5

14 Example of common core Module 2 Comparing VO2 max tests. How is it measured? (Describe 3 methods for testing for VO2 max. For each method, give both the pros and cons of each one.
