1. Some stuff that should be outlawed: a debate in 13 slides Really, some shouldn’t ~Team two Who do YOU agree with? Really, most of them should. ~Team one

2. SCHOOL by team one One reason school should be outlawed is that you can interact more with friends and build your people skills more. People skills are very important. DO YOU AGREE? OR DO YOU DISAGREE?

3. Argument by team two People skills are very important, but you build them even more when you go to school. You meet lots more people there and interact more than you would without school. Plus, we would all be pretty stupid.

4. Video Games by team two One reason video games should be outlawed is because they kill brain cells. Did you know that most of the straight-A students in the US don’t even play video games? If you find yourself performing below average, make sure you stay away from video games for awhile. Try reading a book or playing with legos instead. DO YOU AGREE? OR DO YOU DISAGREE?

5. Argument by team one As we have already said, school should be outlawed. Then we could play video games way more. Anyway, video games shouldn’t be outlawed because they give us something better to do than reading or playing with legos… DO YOU AGREE? OR DO YOU DISAGREE?

6. Another argument by team two If you think reading is boring, it’s probably because you don’t do it enough. A large percent of Americans are not good readers. We’re not saying that Team One is stupid. We are just saying that they seem a bit out of practice.

7. Little brothers by team one One reason little brothers should be outlawed is that they are really annoying. Have you ever come home to a room that looks like a tornado came through because your brother decided to have a bit of fun? Little boys are to annoying to exist. Get rid of them. DO YOU AGREE? OR DO YOU DISAGREE?

8. Argument By team two Wouldn’t you get really bored if you didn’t have a sibling? Anyway, your little brother probably doesn’t know any better, and adults that have younger brothers say that they were pretty annoying as kids, but now as adults, the little bros are their best friends. Nice try, though.

9. Junk food by team two One reason junk food should be outlawed is that it is so unhealthy. The US is the worlds’ highest manufacturer of potato chips, candy, and soda, so the so-called coincidence that 17% of American children are obese probably isn’t one. It’s all right to have some every once on a while, but just not all the time, okay? DO YOU AGREE? OR DO YOU DISAGREE?

10. Argument by team one Junk food should definitely not be outlawed!! It’s so YUMMY DO YOU AGREE? OR DO YOU DISAGREE?

11. Another argument by team two Yes, it is good, but we don’t want to be fat. We don’t know about you guys, but we most definitely don’t want to be fat.

12. Team two by team one One reason that Team Two should be outlawed is because they always win Another reason is because they are all fifth graders and we want to be spared the humiliation of losing a ton of debates against fifth graders. DO YOU AGREE? ….OR DO YOU DISAGREE?

13. Argument By team two We don’t think that we should be outlawed at all because team one is just being ageist and immature. Anyway, it isn’t our fault that we decided not to play video games and decided to plan instead.
