3. CTE Programs for Graduate Students Two certificate programs Fundamentals of University Teaching (Open to all grad students; takes 1-2 terms to complete) Certificate in University Teaching (CUT) (PhD students only; takes ~ 2 years to complete)

4. Fundamentals of University Teaching 6 workshops + 3 micro-teaching sessions Certificate issued by CTE Completion is recorded on student transcripts

6. Certificate in University Teaching (CUT) Comprehensive teacher training program –Fundamentals is a prerequisite –Open to PhD students –Consists of 3 courses –Certificate upon completion CUT is not an Ontario teaching license for K-12 instruction
