The FLTRP Textbooks for Senior High Schools in China Analysis Advantages: 1. Word study is well designed through a way from easy to difficult. eg: recognition---understanding----manipulation ( verbal explanation or picture illustration, then meaning group, and then sentence presentation) 2. New way of presenting grammatical rules 3. Rich topics and materials + emphasis of reading skills 4. Obvious features of task-based teaching methods 5. Four skills well integrated.
