3. Is There a Problem?  I’m John Doe and I don’t see why not to have a dog park? We humans get to walk around mostly anywhere we want while dogs are fenced in or stuck in the house. Do they not deserve a place to run freely?  My dog, Buddy, needs a lot of exercise so he doesn’t get out of shape and look like a big plump on the ground, motionless unless they are hungry and just become even more unhealthy. 5. Be Fair  If anything we could open it to a regular park that accepts dogs to roam about also, but they have to be leashed of course  People need to think about others than just themselves. We could just give some land for a Monument park but then still have an area for dog walking
