Dashboard The Dashboard provides a quick overview of the system. It highlights specific areas of concern such as upcoming expired certifications for the crew member. There are two modes for the Dashboard: Supervisor Mode Self-Serve Mode

Dashboard- Supervisor Mode Shows items for multiple users for a single region, all regions, or a supervisor group Region permission is taken from the view permission setting of the calendar view screen. Access the Supervisor Mode from the Dashboard tab on the main menu.

Calendar “Goto Date” Clicking this button allows you to more easily review a particular calendar date.

Calendar “Goto Date” Select the “Use this Date” button to go to your selected date.

Calendar Drag and Drop This feature allows crew members and vehicles to be dragged and dropped from slot to slot on the calendar view screen.

Calendar Drag and Drop In weekly display mode: A slot can be dragged and dropped onto another slot. A person from the "preferred workers" list can be dragged and dropped onto a slot. To empty a slot, you can drag an empty slot from anywhere and drop it onto a full slot.

Calendar Drag and Drop In monthly display mode: A shift can be dragged and dropped onto another shift. After dropping, you will choose the source and destination slots. A person from the "preferred workers" list can be dragged and dropped onto a shift. After dropping, you will choose the destination slot.

Calendar Drag and Drop Hold down the left mouse button and select the desired resource. Drag the resource to the Appropriate open slot. The Slot Replacement Dialog will pop up. You can now replace the resource.

Auto-Biddable Slots A Preference setting is now available that sets a threshold, in days, for auto-setting biddable slots. If a future shift starts within the threshold days, empty slots will be set to biddable. This occurs when a slot is manually emptied, via the Shift Properties screen. When the auto-bid-enable occurs, the Shift Properties screen will show an indicator alerting the user to this action. Set up threshold in Admin Console>Shift Bid Settings

Add Slot “On the Fly” A slot can be added to a shift that has already been added to the calendar. Select the shift on the calendar to bring up Shift Properties. Select the “Add Slot” button on the Shift Properties Screen.

Add Slot “On the Fly” You can add any previously created slots and put the slot out to bid.

On-Call Shifts On Call Shifts allow a resource to scheduled for an on-call time and also standard shifts within the same time period. You can set up several options for paying on- call time based on the hours worked during the on-call period.

On-call shifts will show up in yellow on the calendar. You will see either [ON CALL] if the standard shift is completely inside of an on-call shift or [ON CALL part] The on-call resource will be sorted at the top of the list in Resource Picker

Shift-level Constraints Shift level constraints are similar to slot contains but they apply to the entire shift rather than an individual shift. The shift will show as unqualified if the constraints are not met. Add Shift-level constraints in Main>Admin>Slots

Resource Picker Multiple Attribute Display The Resource Picker can display up to 3 attributes for a resource at a time. You can customize the sorting of the attributes you chose to view.
