Health Care Situation The poor patients have no awareness of the initial symptoms of the Critical diseases and the money to cure them When the poor patients report to the hospitals, the diseases are advanced to the extent that these patients are refused for the treatment ! !

Come one step forward & Focus on fatal diseases 1. DIABETES is a silent killer and has few symptoms initially but causes Heart, Kidney Failure, Blindness and Hypertension. 2. HEPATITIS is a disease which if not detected early becomes almost incurable. 3. TUBERCULOSIS is a common disease, is curable if detected and treated early. 4. DIARRHEA, Typhoid, Pneumonia and Thelesimia may cause deaths at an early age of Children. 5. Gynecological diseases if not treated can lead to terminal diseases. 6. CANCER, The initial symptoms of cancer may be continued cough with blood, indigestion, loss of weight, painless bumps and lumps. These symptoms may convert into cancer of breast, prostate and other parts of body. 7. The availability of primary healthcare facilities offered by CHAEF will save their lives as 1. Worked in Saudi Arabia, got Slipped Disc, Prayed to Allah, if would become healthy again, will Serve humanity. Served LRBT for 6 Years and Shaukat Khanam Cancer Hospital for 11 years. Saw pain, poverty, ignorance & lack of health awareness closely. Decided to work for health and it awareness in 2002 with a vision to a vision to Diagnose Diseases at the initial stages before they become terminal.

Establishment of Primary Health, Mother & Child Health Care Centres in poor areas of Pakistan. To diagnose and treat all common diseases at the door step of the poor and needy. By providing following services: By providing following services: 1. Diagnoses of the diseases, consultation, treatment, laboratory tests, Pregnancy test Ultrasound, MCH protocol and the medicines. 2. Referring the filtered patients to specialized hospitals. 3. Total support and all services Free of Charge.

Establishment of Prefabricated Primary Health & Mother Child Healthcare Centre Size 15x30 feet At the villages and Tehsils, Districts of Pakistan having NO Primary Healthcare Services. These Centres shall be having: A. All Primary Healthcare Services. B. Cataract & minor Eye surgeries on weekly basis. C. LHV shall be looking after the Pregnant women of the area. D. The Gynecologist will perform Ultrasound on her fortnightly or weekly visits. E. Online consultation from the Panel of Doctors from cities like Karachi, Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Queta. F. Patients initially reporting shall be prepared by the P.P.H.C Doctor and e-mailed to city doctor. G. The situation of health facilities particularly MCH is very poor in villages of Districts, Katchi Abadies. H. The poor people cannot afford to have a just routine checkup in a private hospitals so the need is to help them at their doorsteps with the facilities which can save their lives and improve their quality of life. I. So CHAEF is working on MCH in all those areas to facilitate the poor people by providing the following services for mother and child health at its PHCC. 1. Free antennal checkup throughout pregnancy from diagnosis of pregnancy by ultrasound at early stage till she is referred to a secondary or tertiary care according to her condition. 2. Free medicines to prevent anemia, to fulfill the requirement of calcium on weekly basis. 3. Free blood and urine examination to rule out anemia, diabetes during pregnancy, Hepatitis B & C and any urinary infection as routine at least twice during pregnancy. 4. Free ultrasound facilities at least 4-5 times during pregnancy to diagnose any complication related to fetus and mother.

Outcome of Pre-Fabricated Primary Health and Mother Child Health Centres a) Reduction in causes of death. b) Prevention and treatment of terminal diseases at initial stages. c) Monitoring of all diseases like High Blood Pressure or Diabetes on regular basis. d) Preventing mother & child against Tetanus and Nutritional deficiencies. e) Reducing maternal deaths. f) Providing pre pregnancy and post delivery care to mother and child g) Providing Iron supplementation to Anemic Patients. h) Educating and Counseling on child spacing. i) To arrange health awareness seminars for the local people in their languages for prevention of disease. A strong local network with the people of area for having volunteer work for the good cause.
