Global Warming Climate Change
2
The Question The question is NOT whether the average global temperature is going up. The question is whether or not this increase in temperature is due to human activity or if it is a natural cycle.
3
GLOBAL WARMING DUE TO HUMAN ACTIVITY Many scientists say there is a relationship between CO 2 and temperature.
5
GLOBAL WARMING DUE TO HUMAN ACTIVITY "Global warming is a proven fact and is mostly caused by emissions from cars and industrial facilities such as power plants and factories." – Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change According to this summary, the IPCC finds that human actions are "very likely" the cause of global warming, meaning a 90% or greater probability. Since 2007, no scientific body of national or international standing has disagreed about the human impact of global warming. A few organizations hold non-committal positions.
6
GLOBAL WARMING DUE TO NATURAL CYCLES The science in proving global warming is caused by humans has too many variables. The warming could be caused by solar activity. Arctic ice caps grew from 2007-2008. Water vapor is the only significant greenhouse gas (CO 2 is “insignificant” in regards to greenhouse gases). CO 2 has been increasing for the last 18,000 years (long before the industrial revolution).

Confused? So is everybody else. That is why this topic is heavily debated.
