1. Example DV event displays Several SUSY models could give rise to displaced vertices: – Split SUSY / long-lived R-hadrons – Andy has generated some samples – RPV SUSY with weak RPV couplings – we looked at this so far with lambda^prime_211 coupling, and long- lived neutralino decaying to muon plus jets. For 2012 paper, also looking at electron plus jets, and, and neutralino (MET) plus jets, as well as lambda-double-prime coupling (just jets), and other physics models (GMSB – displaced Z and displaced Higgs, and decaying R-hadrons). – Some examples here from the RPV muon+jets channel we used for 2012 CONF note (mode 114006).

4. Some naïve Atlantis questions: How easy would it be to add a custom list of reco vertices? Would it then be possible to truncate tracks from that vertex at the vertex position, rather than having ‘tails’ inside the vertex position? Other thing I meant to do for this meeting but ran out of time: Find some ‘typical’ background events, e.g. Ks vertices, material interactions, for comparison.
